My experience with the Assistant Property Manager Ms. Gwen Swann was a chef’s kiss. I could probably go on and on, she is just phenomenal and she cares about the students at Morgan State University. If there’s anything that you need or any questions that you have concerning the property, she makes sure they are addressed immediately. She manages the apartments for the students at Morgan State University with such care, means business and makes their safety, comfort and well-being her priority. If you think there’s a problem that can not be fixed, I suggest calling her.

I'm a new tenant about to move in,in a few weeks, Ms Gwen is humane ,reliable ,dedicated and a professional person. Filling out my application i came a cross some hitches ,w h ich I couldn't figure out ,I call the office ,Ms Gwen walk me through the process patiently ,each time I came across hitches I call her repeatedly,and she never exhibit any form of annoyance to my many phone calls ,for me that speaks great volume of her,keep up the good work Ms Swann.You made my day .continue of your path.
